Delivery

Buy Collectable Antiques was created with the intention to offer you a selection of interesting antiques that will find a place in your collection or as a gift for that special occasion. We want you enjoy your new antiques so we try our hardest to delivery your order as fast as is humanly possible.

Postage and packing
Postage and packing is calculated at the Checkout stage and is based on the weight of the antique(s) and the delivery destination of your order.

If you wish to calculate the cost of post and packing for any item on the Buy Collectable Antiques website, add it to your trolley and proceed to the Checkout. The postage and packing price will be indicated in red next to your selected Delivery Option.

Delivery times
We use the Royal Mail for deliveries to mainland UK and Air Mail for deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World. We will aim to dispatch your order within three working days upon payment being made in full. You will be sent an email confirming/accepting your order.

Please allow up to a further 5 working days for your order to arrive at its destination, especially if the destination is outside the UK and Europe. If you feel your order has been delayed or have not received it in the time specified by us then please contact us with your query stating your order reference.

Customs and excise levies
Any customs, excise or other levies imposed by authorities in respect of delivery outside the UK (or requests for information by authorities) are the responsibility of the customer.
