c1920 hand carved Pearwood Black Forest Box

c1920 A Black Forest Box hand carved from Pearwood in the style of a luggage trunk and featuring an unusual intricate swirl design with luggage straps and buckles. Measuring 95mm x 55mm and 50mm high the box has a curved lid with raised flower detail. This caring has lost the tips of three leaves and there is a small area of damage to the rear but these do not detract and the box displays well.
